A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. Our primary objective is to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date treatment of the subjects of design-driven innovation, design-driven entrepreneurship and its strategic business mode, especially in the digital era. You will learn how to systematically understand, design, and implement a design-driven business model. Along the way, you'll understand at a much deeper level your customers, distribution channels, partners, revenue streams, costs, and your core value proposition. I hope this course can combine a holistic theoretical foundation with enough practical insights to facilitate you to have a good learning performance.
